Plenty of people from Europe are moving to Manhattan now... Manhattan is VERY VERY inexpensive compared to London or Paris or other good parts of Europe.... Also i don't know if you are aware of this but high income people who live in Paris are now required to pay 75% marginal tax rates and this is causing many of them to move to Manhattan

It's funny you don't give any hard numbers here. I think you will find that there aren't really "plenty of people from Europe moving to Manhattan now." There are some people moving here, and there are probably just as many returning--we know tons of Parisians who have recently chosen to move back, because it's so much easier to raise kids there.
