Can anyone in NYC recomend a great peds office that takes insurance and won't judge me if I want to space out (but ultimately receive all necessary) vaccines? Preferably downtown. TIA!!!

Tribeca Pediatrics. Great office in Tribeca and other locations around the city and Brooklyn. No judgements on vaccines whether you space them or opt out entirely. They tell you what the AMA recommends but you do not get lectured if you don't comply. I have 2 dc's, oldest is almost 7 and have been very happy with all the docs and NP's in this practice
