I emailed ES_Enrollment@schools.nyc.gov with my name, my email, child's name and child's DOB and got my pin emailed to me within a few hours. The pin gives you access to a website that gives you a .pdf with all the OLSAT info and allows you to rank schools.

No idea if they're working late, but I cannot believe they got back to me so quickly. Ds got a 99. He's a sibling, so the uncertainty is finally over for us. Good luck!

op: I promise. Here's the letter (with my dc's info deleted) - Dear Parent/Guardian,
We are pleased to inform you that your child meets the criteria for entry into a New York City Gifted and Talented program, beginning in the 2010-2011 school year.
· If your child scored between the 90th and 96th Percentile, your child is eligible to apply to District Gifted and Talented programs
· If your child scored at or above the 97th Percentile, your child is eligible to apply to the District AND Citywide Gifted and Talented programs
A letter along with your child’s score report and application was mailed on Friday, April 16, 2010 which provides an explanation of how your child’s score was determined. You may either use the paper application to apply, OR you may apply online.
If you apply online, you will receive an application receipt immediately by e-mail. If you do not choose to apply online, you may complete and submit the paper application by mail using the green reply envelope included in your packet.
If you apply online, you will need to use the Gifted and Talented (G&T) PIN below to access your child’s online application.

Apply online at www.nyc.gov/schools/ChoicesEnrollment/applyonline beginning Monday, April 19, 2010.
Please carefully review the application instructions before completing the Gifted and Talented application for your child. Applications must be completed and submitted no later than Friday, April 30, 2010.
Placement offers will be mailed by no later than Friday, June 4, 2010. If you apply online, your placement offer will be sent by e-mail and standard mail.
