- No need to do anything. Just relax though and be prepared to relax after. I found the build up to the amnio to be much more stressful than the amnio itself.

- Just had mine a month ago (first one), bring someone with you, and relax is about it. I went to work about 1.5 hours later, but I didn't have any problems (fluids, cramps, etc.) I had nothing once the initial test was done.

- would call first, you may get 'snowed out' if the doc or his/her staff can't make it in bc of the blizzard. that would suck. good luck, though.

- i leaked with ds, which was frightening. crampy, feel yucky. had to take day off of work the next day and stay in bed. for number 2, i just planned bedrest because of my first experieince.

No need to do anything. Just relax though and be prepared to relax after. I found the build up to the amnio to be much more stressful than the amnio itself.
