    • Try a private tutor whose regular students are away on summer vacation. What type of science are you looking for?

        • I know an amazing private chemistry tutor. She works with a lot of younger students because she is a chemist and a dancer and she has developed a whole program using physical movement to teach younger children complex concepts. She can be tough to book because she is in demand, but you might have an easier time of it for summer because of regular students who go away for summer vacation. If you want the referral post an email address here when I can send it to you.

              • I posted this more than a month ago, and then when someone mentioned science classes this week, I made the same recommendation again. It is not spam to recommend someone with whom you've had a good experience when OP asks for a recommendation.
