I think I'm going to do the Blueprint Cleanse after Thanksgiving. Would be happy if I lost some weight - but my skin is also a mess and I'm achey and I feel as thought it could be "good" for me. Hs anyone ever tried it?

if you're thinking of using blueprint cleanse to try and kick start a mid-holiday diet i suggest you find a different method. i tried the 5 day middle cleanse and it is so high in calories that I put on weight!! they are a sham. i agree with the OR - try the master cleanse instead. or just try eating salads (lemon juice and 1/3 tbs of olive oil dressing) for lunch, toast with jam for breakfast, and a grilled fish/chicken for dinner plus steamed veggies
[ Reply | Options ]i've done master cleanse twice with great results after 14 days each, the third time (in october) could only go 5 days. was thinking of blueprint also, either right after thanksgiving or the first week in december (when dh away and it will be easier to not cheat with him at night)

- No, thank goodness.
- No, and I'm already fuming. He's so unromantic!
