am i being paranoid here?? I am so scared right now. About a month ago, an ex-boyfriend (who turned into a stalker) shows up at one of my child's events. apparently he has a child or stepchild around the same age, but he doesnt live in the same town. i had an order of protection against him 15 yrs ago. then today, out of the blue, an ex who was controlling & violent with me (who I've been hiding from for over 20 yrs- changed my name, only had unlisted phone numbers) calls me out of the blue and says he just wants to talk (caller ID says he lives in MA, I am in NY). I am shaking right now. Both have threatened my life. It is too much of a coincidence, and I can only think that my sick ex-husband has something to do with this coincidence, since he knew about both relationships. i just cant function right now and i want to cry.

      • While I agree that OP needs help to change the relationships she gets into, the problem today is that she's potentially being stalked by men who have threatened her in the past. She needs to worry about her and dc's safety first.

    • Sounds like it is time to change the number again. Make sure that you can not be found via google searches or the information directory. The big question is do they have your address too? But start by getting a new phone number.

      • how she attracted them was by giving her heart to them for they are men with broken wings and she probably tried to mend them and if she would leave them they would rather see her gone than happy been there, now I learned the hard way to not attract that type of man. It will take time but I did the same changed my name. Lost touch with friends and family for quite sometime. To be threat to be disfigured or dead you will run for your children and yourself. Run sweetheart do not stop get the police involved too.
