oman's kid goes to the same school as my kids. I had no clue she had breast cancer-- thought she was doing some short hair trendy thing! GOD I feel like an ass...http://www.nytimes.com/2009/11/08/nyregion/08routine.html

      - Don't feel bad, she probably just wants to do her thing. My sister just finished chemo for breast cancer and she just wanted to keep participating in her kids' lives. After a while, she got tired of wearing the wig, but she wasn't looking for attention, she said it was hot and uncomfortable.
