Dh promised our 4 yo to take him to the movies for the past 4 days and the next show is at 4, when I have a baby shower. I woh FT and feel like I don't spend enough time with my kids. My parents prob could watch my 20 mo while I go to baby shower and dh takes ds to movies, but I'd rather not burden them. I texted hostess and asked her if it was okk to bring 20 mo and she said "sure"--that's it. I feel like maybe she doesn't really want me to bring her along. She is a really laid back toddler. WWYD? Take her or let parents watch? TIA
