    • Sorry, hit reply too soon. I do not believe teething causes vomiting. Could something else be going on? Is he sick in any other way? Cold? Sniffle? Virus? Could he have eaten something that made him sick?

    • You should definitely keep nursing him if he's vomiting...he needs the liquids because he'll be dehydrated.
