Teething DS vomited twice. Would BM help his tummy or he doesn't need anything in his stomach now?

- Sorry, hit reply too soon. I do not believe teething causes vomiting. Could something else be going on? Is he sick in any other way? Cold? Sniffle? Virus? Could he have eaten something that made him sick?

- You should definitely keep nursing him if he's vomiting...he needs the liquids because he'll be dehydrated.

this. teething shouldn't cause vomiting. he may be teething, but there is likely something else going on too.
