I read in an article in the paper that mentioned a Catholic School teacher had in her contract that she was not allowed to use any artificial means of reproduction. Wow. That really blows me away. How would they find out and how far would they go to find out if they suspected?

    • i know a catholic school teacher who was going to do ivf and school principal knew. there were no problems.

    • The school was obviously private and they wanted to cover their "we're super compliant Catholics" ass. Bunches of hypocrites but at least they can say they forbid it. Puke.

      • That sounds weird to me. Am Catholic and have never heard anyone speak against ART--many members of the church are open about using it. Birth control is another story! Has the pope or leadership ever spoken out against it?
