My nanny is not going to get the swine flu vaccine. Admittedly, this is a non-issue as most adults can't get the vaccine. But wouldn't I want my nanny to get the vaccine? She has four kids (4-12)

My nanny is not going to get the swine flu vaccine. Admittedly, this is a non-issue as most adults can't get the vaccine. But wouldn't I want my nanny to get the vaccine? She has four kids (4-12)
