my low self esteem will never go ahead--I am the lead candidate for a new job and I have to complete a few projects as a final step-and all I am thinking about is how much I suck and how I can't do what they want me to do--agghhh!!!

But you wouldn't be a lead candidate if you weren't qualified, so hang in there and give it your best shot. It's okay if somebody else beats you, but don't beat yourself. GL
