Have no diagnosed infertility issues, but am 39.5 so doc suggested HCG injection this month. Had it on Monday and today (thursday) still haven't ovulated. Follicles have stayed around 23mm since Monday's ultrasound. Has anyone ever had this happen? I misscarried (only time ever happend this summer and still haven't gotten AF). But ultrasound on Monday made doc think it was happening. Any thoughts?
