Did anyone see that Epiphany Community Day School is charging $150 application fee to apply to their preschool? That price seems so outrageous to me. Are other schools charging this much?

  - I was turned off by the fee as well. I've sent a handful of applications and the most was for $75.

  - Wendy Levy owns, runs and profits by the fees she sets and charges. Has to collect that $250K salary somehow. Most other schools are run more professionally, with a board of directors who hires and censures the NSD when necessary. Beware of what you are applying to.

  - I was turned off by that, plus horrible director, plus annoying class mom who kept emphasizing that they don't teach kids to read.

  - At Epiphany Community Nursery School, I was turned off by the rude director (Wendy Levy) with plastered make-up standing at the door shaking every child's hand before they went in the room. Has this woman not heard that flu is spread by hands? Gross. Epiphany Day School was nice, clean, spacious and bright with a solid director, also named Wendy, unfortunately.
