Hey, 2 mill apartment mom with 50K HHI & 500k in the bank. If I were you. I'd sell the apartment & buy a nice place in Harlem for b/t 500K & 900K with a much lower maintenance, then I'd invest the profit & some of the 500K & use my returns for dc's tuition.
