  • does anyone know if ips (international preschool) was ipg (internation playgroup) a long time ago?

    • Yes, I believe it was. I know it was started as a support group for moms whose dh's came to work here from other countries (because one such mom threw herself {and I believe her young child as well } off their balcony because she couldn't adjust)
