  • I'm looking for a building on the Upper East Side with a really good playroom. I would either buy or rent just for the playroom! Any recommendations?

      • I feel like a good playroom would not only be beneficial to my son and daughter, but also that the building would attract other family oriented people. My kids would have friends nearby that are neighbors.

    • you will be surprised how quickly your child outgrows the apt building playroom.

    • I think many of the Glenwood buildings have good playrooms. I wanted a playroom really badly but we got a bigger apartment and now I don't go crazy in the apartment and I could theoretically invite kids from the building over.

      • -- Carnegie Park (94th and third) has a playground outdoors and a pool; Ruppert Towers has a playground, 345 east 93rd has a lot of kids that are friends but no playground or playroom. I think lots of the post-war big buildings are filled with tons of kids.
