I want to recommend a book to anyone who has anger issues. My anger has been chronic for the last couple of years and was ruining my relationship with dcs and dh. (this is not spam I promise)Dh read the book first and recommended I read it. We are both in such a better place for it. Its called When Anger Hurts.....best self help book I have ever read and I have read a ton of them.
