  • Recommendations for a good, easy to make dinner for such a hot day? I'm thinking chicken caesar salad (with no eggs/anchovies in the dressing as I'm 38 weeks pregnant), but up for suggestions!

    • rice and beans with your salad? with the rice being pilaf (middle east makes an easy boxed one) and kidney beans?

    • warm green beans with a vinaigrette, chopped red onion, maybe some herbs. Yummy, good cold leftovers and full of iron!
