HELP! Any parents familiar with MAT on? My dc was just offered a spot in the CTT program there in the MS. This is our first time in public school and we missed all tours...I only know what I read on the internet the past few hours. It looks like a good fit from what I read on InsideSchools, DoE site etc. but looking for any first hand knowledge of the school in general or CTT. We only have a day or so to respond, many thanks!

- Well neighbors DS goes there and loves it. They have amazing electives (i think they have surfing or wakeboarding or something). It can be a schlep depending on where you live, but kids figure out how to get home by themselves or sometimes one parent will take home a bunch of kids who live near each other.

  - Thanks I didn't realize there is such a demand for it, how do you know? Until this AM I knew little about the school but reaearched all day and am impressesd with what I read. Just found out I am able to visit the school in Sep before making final decision(!)
