I've changed my diet. I now eat salads, fruit, oats, nuts, fibre cereal, smoothies and small portions of meat/fish/poultry. No more soda, no more juice, much less wine, much more water. Great, right? How long do you give me before I inhale a baker's dozen of Krispy Kremes?
