    • Children have an internal clock so for the most part at the same age they require the same amount of nighttime sleep and daytime naps. Like every 4 month old will take 2 naps one around 10 AM and one around 1 PM. Don't try to deviate too much from what biology is telling them. Also (and this is huge) if you have trouble getting db to go down for the night try making bedtime EARLIER. I can't tell you how that changed my life when db was 7 wks old.

      • Okay- thx for the refresher... I did it with my DD - I just couldn't remember exactly what to do. Should bedtime be 7ish?
