Is it possible to have an ovarian cyst with no pain? I am worried I have one. I have a feeling of "fullness" on my left side that is very odd. I just went off the pill. Not pregnant. Can't get into the doctor until Monday.

    • I, and several of my friends, have had ovarian cysts with no pain. And they go away in a month or two. But I never felt fullness or anything else either.
