How often is your 7 month old eating solid food during the day? How many meals? tvmia

- we started rice cereal at 6 months, so I would imagine we were still feeding just once a day at this point, but probably soon after moved to two times-

- NP uh oh - it sounds like I'm over feeding. We're giving our 6 mos old cereal once and a vegetable twice a day.

  - OP: nah, doesn't sound like it to be honest. We're giving ds a "breakfast" combo that generally involves a few things (veg, cereal, yogurt, egg, fruit) until he's full and whatever formula he wants to wash it down. The same at next meal, then formula for the rest
