Do you 'enjoy' spending time with your kids?
- Yes, most of the time we really have fun together
- Sometimes it's fun, sometimes it's really dull and aggravating
- Honestly most of the time it's not fun at all, but it's not supposed to be fun
- I really don't enjoy it at all, and wish I could spend less time with them

[ Reply | More ]OP - I was/am you (ds is 13 mos old now and I'm still a few lbs away). I started sparkpeople and kept track of everything I ate and it really helped me. I started at the 10-15 overweight mark and have lost almost 10 lbs. I still cheat now and then b/c I have such a sweet tooth/love of junk food (I have Columbo for lunch sometimes) but it helps me to keep track of what I eat.

Did eating that make you feel sick? Now, I am not a nutritionist, but in looking over what you ate for the entire day, it is seriously lacking in protein (and way too much sugar and fat, but you know that already). I would try eating protein for breakfast ( poached egg, egg whites & turkey bacon), followed mid morning by a small snack, with a protein rich lunch. Including more protein in your diet may curb your carbo/sugar craving. I have a sweet tooth too and this works for me (except on the days that it doesnt, of course!) Good luck.
