4 yr old DS in NYC woke yesterday with fever, vomited once had day of rest BUT 103.4 temp at 2am. never over 100.1 before. this am normal temp. anyone dealing with this ? any advise ?

- if behavior is normal, watch and wait, lots of fluids. don't panic. if overly fatigued or otherwise behavior is abnormal, call the ped.
