Need to get out of a school contract, moving out of the city, all came together after the deposit was paid. Not looking to get out of deposit but out of the contract (monthly). Anyone BTDT?

Most schools have an automatic "insurance" policy that covers situations like this - you have a to check a box if you don't want to be enrolled in this. I'd call the school, though offices generally close the first two or three weeks of August - so you may want to email.
