Do you 'enjoy' spending time with your kids?
- Yes, most of the time we really have fun together

How many times a week do you workout if you do? Is it really critical to take a full day off exercise if you are not working the same parts or just doing light cardio some days?
21 replies [ Reply | Watch | MoreIt is not critical to take a day off. But it may be beneficial if you are training hard. When I worked out 6-7Xweek my trainer and I often saw gains after I had taken a week off for a vacation or whatever. If you are working out every day rather than every other day, it does help to "refuel" within an hour of your workout - chocolate milk has a good balance of carbs & protein for this. You will find you have more energy for your workouts if you do this.
