i think we're going to splurge and send dd to camp for another two weeks. even though we really need to save every penny we can. i hope this is not a huge mistake.
3 replies [ Reply | Watch | Options ]When my kids were younger (they are now 19 and 20) they loved camp. All kinds of camp from day camp, to sleep way camp, to sports camps, art camps. I couldn't get away with not sending them. LOL. Even when we were having a difficult money situation, I would cut something out of my budget for that year so they could go. No cable. No cabs. No buying lunch. No Christmas gifts for anyone outside my little family of 4.
