Can you or your husband tour? We spent time at the NICU at Columbia, in the cardiac wing, and most of the nursing staff was lovely. The chairs in our little section were really uncomfortable, but other people had better chairs. This only matters because we spent hours sitting by our dd's isolet, just watching her. The docs were kind, for the most part. Have no experience with Cornell.
