6 weeks pg and the exhaustion hit today big time. I have a huge deadline and a 3 yo. How am I going to deal with it? At about 4pm I thought I was going to die--just wanted to lie on my desk and sleep.

- GL! I'm 14 wks with a 14 month old and I feel like some of the exhaustion is just starting to pass. Keeping up with a toddler makes the 2nd pregnancy a whole different ballgame.

- sort of the same boat. not feeling great, very low on energy and kind of irritable. and dcs need a lot of attention. i don't know how i'm going to manage it well.
