  • Is there a disorder where you want everyone around you to do badly? I sometimes wonder if my brothers have it, and vaguely recall someone posting about it on UB. Is there an actual psychiatric condition where you are happy if others are failing?

    • yes - its called the human condition. evidence of it is most apparent on UB but you can see it in all walks of life

        • I know some women with this condition. Actually squeal with delight when they hear of another friend/neighbor/acquaintance having some some bad luck. They are draining and I refuse to be around these types of people.
