  • Do you feel attractive? Lately, for whatever reason (start of menopause may be a lot of it), I'm feeling old, fat, bloated. My weight is at the lowest point ever, but I feel old.

    • Yes, you are old and it's not easy to adjust our self image. We must shift our focus onto something else. If we are fixated on our looks, we will feel only depressed. Let's try to be attractive in terms of who we are and what we can do in this world.

    • I look a hot ass mess. I had a baby 3 months ago and I look terrible. And no, it's not all in my head. I'm overweight, my skin is incredibly dry, I'm trying to grow out my eyebrows in after years of over-plucking and they are an uneven choppy mess, and my hair needs some serious triage. I know I have a small baby, but I do not want to look like this. ~typing this while wolfing down some Mike & Ike~

    • I'm gonna get flamed, but you need to dress up in your sexiest dress, do your hair and make-up and then go to a bar you never go to by yourself. Being hit on will do wonders for your lagging esteem. Then go home and fuck your husband to the brink of cardiac arrest.

    • Do you exercise regularly? I'm 50, was always in great shape and didn't work out enough for years but started lifting weights and doing regular cardio again about 6 months ago and I feel SO much better. Don't look half bad, either.
