    • It does, if you stick to the program. I know a few women who've done it w/ great results. One of whom is actually featured in one of their current commercials. I don't know how much it costs, but I know that if you follow it to the letter, you'll be able to drop some lbs. Good luck.

    • I'm on it. It's working. Lost 14 pounds since June 1 (26 total) and need to lose about 4 to 50 more. Depending on coupons, etc., runs about $270 to $300 / month with free shipping. There's also a frozen food package which runs $400 / month. Oh and they're running a special right now where you get two free weeks of food for the first two months of food ordered.
