WOHM -who picks your kids up from school or meets the bus and stays with them until you get home. I work but a very flexible schedule so I am able to be with DS a lot, but unfortunately I won't be able to be home every day at 3. can you hire a sitter for just after school? I hate the idea of after school programs, esp for early grammar school becuase the day is already pretty long for them at that age. PLEASE NO FLAMES FROM ANYONE.
