        • There is a lot to do in Williamsburgh. That said, DC rocks and could keep you busy for weeks. But how old are the kids? The "make-believe" of Williamsburgh would be great for little kids who, I think, would miss a lot of what DC has to offer.

            • In a lot of those kinds of places kids can spend a day/part of a day "learning a trade." As a boy I learned to make rope one time and nails another. That was an educational experience I will remember forever.
