having a party which is a champagne celebration per the invite. we will be serving other alcohol as well, wine, beer, drinks, etc. approx 40 people coming for 2.5 hours 2-4:30. how many bottles of champagne should i plan to pour? tia!

    • one bottle will serve 6 people one serving, so 7 bottles needed. I would estimate one glass per hour (even though that is high considering other alcohol will be served) so for the whole night I would order 17-18 bottles to be on the safe side.
