Outer Banks or Hilton Head? We have three children under 4. Thanks.

The outerbanks is great if you want to vacation with another family (or a few). There are huge houses for rent by the week, many right on the beach with their own swimming pools, hot tubs, etc. They have everything -- game rooms, large kitchens that seat 20+ people, tons of tvs, dvd players, etc. If you stay there, it's pretty much about hanging out at the house and going back and forth to the beach. You can also bike and there are mini golf courses and mini car racing, kite flying, sliding down dunes, but the nicest thing is hanging out at the house with friends, especially after the kids go to sleep.
