- I am not a nutty crunchy food weirdo. (I say that first and foremeost.) I make my own. I just thin cut chicken cutlets and punch them out with cookie cutters.

- only the bell & evans gluten free nuggets. no one here is allergic to gluten...they just happen to taste the best. when you cut into them they're just pure chicken with very little breading...delish.

  - Where do you find them? Have never seen them and are they pre-cooked (heat and serve)?

    - i find them at whole foods. they say they're flash fried to seal the breading but the chicken isn't cooked, so you have to make sure you cook them as long as they say. http://www.bellandevans.com/product_details.cfm?prd_id=57
