BTDT breast cancer moms: what was the worst part for you? I am doing chemo now (3 more months) then surgery, then radiation--I am also a single mom and trying hard to keep supporting my dcs, trying to plan and wondering if radiation will knock me out as badly as chemo.

The medical world has made such huge advances in recent years, chemo is much easier to handle than it used to be. that said, it's still a trial. radiation is not as bad but is still exhausting because you have to go every single day...at least that's the way it used to be. good luck and good for you for electing to attack this thing aggressively. the best outcomes that I've seen have been with people who elected to throw as much at the disease as they could
