Anyone have their Wells Fargo refi or mortgage rejected for a random reason? Here this is happening willy nilly al over the city & now rates are up again so too late to go elsewhere.

  - we did and were able to renegotiate with wells and after they extended 2x we got the mortgage about 2 weeks ago. Go with Brian COhen there

- Mine we rejected because they couldn't resell the loan to Freddie or Fannie. I was told my credit was perfect, over 25% equity, but there was too much retail space on the ground floor????

op my building was rejected for having a flip tax

Mortgage mom here - Wells is being incredibly tough on coop buildings these days.
