- Only 12 in my dc's class of 17 today. My dc never gets sick and hasn't missed a day of school in two years, so dc will be in school tomorrow.

- i am in the same situation. i think it is impossible to keep dc from this flu w/o keeping them locked in the house. i think it is going to continue to spread through the summer.

- mine got sick, i kept her home for two days and sent her back. it's mild enough not to panic.

  - Our school said some dcs have mild symptoms and others severe and to keep a sick kid home for 24 hours AFTER the fever breaks.

- My dd is home for the third day with the flu, cough, fever (max 102) and now throwing up. I am fairly certain it's this swine flu, but I wonder when it will be over. Anyone else go one this long?

  - Mine had 103 fever but was over it in two days...she was on Tamiflu though. Did your dd take medicine and still sick for so long?
