- what I always wear to a funeral - a dark suit. It doesn't have to be black; navy or dark brown is fine, conservative jewelry, low heels.

- If it's 90 degrees and stuffy inside the church make sure what you wear is lightweight. I'd wear a dark colored dress, low heels, opaque hose, dark small purse. Any dark/muted color is fine.
