    • A gazillion years ago I did it to drop the freshman 15 (though it was only about 5). It worked but I was also 18 years old. Earlier this year I did the 10 day lemonade fast with which I dropped about 5 pounds and more importantly it sort of kick started me into feeling healthier and not just eating whatever I wanted. Don't think either is great for long-term weight loss, just as a trigger. Also easy b/c you just drink stuff, no fudging on the food.

    • only in a modified way. I never ate breakfast, so I drank Slimfast every morning as a meal replacement with a low cal lunch and dinner. I lost weight, but wouldn't cerdit the Slimfast. I actually use Carnation Instant Breakfast now. Think it's the same calories with more nutrition.
