Anyone have a pregnancy with a single umbilical artery? Carrying twins; normal CVS, just had the anatomy scan (19.5 weeks) and docs said they think there's only one artery in the umbilical cord. They said since CVS was normal, there wasn't anything to worry about except we need to keep an eye on baby's growth...anyone out there been in this position? Any warnings/encouraging stories? TIA.
