Recent New York magazine article about public school shut-outs was alarming, but also very downtown focused. Anyone have the same experience with PS 87 on UWS? We are 2 years away for our DC but I am already getting paranoid.

- I heard there are 66 people on the waiting list. ps9 and 166 also have waitlists but since D3 has a lot of G&T space the thinking is they will move.

    - anywhere with empty spots in D3. Klein is not a friend of the MC. As hard as Bloomberg worked to keep us, Klein is pushing us out.
