      • Imagine you had a dollar in your left pocket for future spending budget and a dollar in the right pocket for entertainment. If you pay for your lottery ticket from the right pocket, you are fine. It is when you blow the left pocket on the lottery ticket that you have an issue.

    • none. i bought one on my 18th birthday because I could (and had no desire to buy cigarettes) and that's the only one i've ever bought
