anyone shut out of K in district 1 (from 110, Earth, Neighborhood, etc)? DS was and yesterday we received a letter listing the (failing) schools and number of spots available. Anyone considering any of these public schools? I am not leaning that way but curious if enough kids are shut out whether it is possible to improve one of these schools (naive, I know, but I just can't believe how unhealthy the DOE is)
