does any one have any good ideas about what to get preschool teachers for an end of the year gift? how much should you typically spend? this is my child's first year in school so i have no idea!

- Nursery school teacher here: I'm all for GCs or cash (although some people find that crass). I'd rather something small and thoughtful - instead of something pricey, but useless. Think about the teachers and what you know about them - I drink Dunkin Donuts coffee (I sometimes run into parents in the store) and usually get a GC or 2 (which isn't a lot of $, but is sweet). Or give a GC for a mani/pedi or to a dept. store (b/c you can buy anything there).
